my mom has had my daughter since she was born 7 years ago. both parents are will to let my mom adopt but we are trying to do this for as little cost as possible as we dont have a lot of money. what are my options? we live in butte montana #1

We have permanent guardianship of our grandson and would like to adopt him, we have his father's (our son) permission can this be done without an attorney ? We live in Arizona. #2
