Someone that they can trust and feel safe with...
Someone who is willing to accept them as they are...
And with patience and truth, to help guide them, in what they are destined to become...
Until then...they can only hope that someday they will find...
A place in life were they are needed, and, are important...
A place where their opinions matter...
A place where they will find piece of mind...
A place where they will learn to love...
The children's wants are simple really...much like everyone else's on God's green earth...
But, unlike you and I...so far...their wants are only hopes and dreams...
For they had no say in what their life has brought...
