Master the Details!

The same details of life are important to some, and less important to others.

My justification for this is that everyone has different priorities, things they are going for, and act accordingly with their life. Their priorities are different than yours so you may not agree or even stay on the same path.

My understanding has developed over time to realize that almost all of life is a detail. If you want to build a fruitful life, which I believe we all want to do, a plan needs to be mapped out and all the respective details need
to be put into place and completed.

I learned the importance of this concept as an Officer Candidate on my way to qualifications as a Navy Officer. My first *eye opener* was a term they taught (or tried to teach me) ... a specific term referred to as *attention to detail.*
Believe it or not, 2 college degrees under my belt, and I had to question my teacher (drill instructors) explaining that I was seriously struggling with this *attention to detail.* I never learned this very basic necessity of life.

Even before my 13th birthday, my father constantly impressed upon me the need for *common sense.* I was not aware of that concept either at that time in my life.

Some things in life, specifically, what I call the *Basics,* are not learned even by the time people reach adulthood.

If you do the work to prepare your life ahead of time, Mastering the Details becomes fun because all you are actually doing is what you would have to do anyway.

Begin to think immediately how you would think as if you were already in possession of the resources you require to achieve your goals and you WILL bring it about!
