" This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have
set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose LIFE, so
that you and your children may live." Deuteronomy 30:19

As adoptees we have a unique opportunity to speak for Life, to be a
spokesman for the unborn in this era when abortion is legal and accepted
by many. Most of us adoptees were infants born in circumstances of
crisis or unplanned pregnancies and our birth parents chose life. We are
here today because someone made the decision for LIFE. Those infants in
the womb who are conceived cannot speak audibly so their voices can not
be heard in the world. We can be their voice. Share with others during
this month of Sanctity of Life, your testimony- that your birth parents
choose LIFE for you! And don't neglect to share that there are many
childless families longing to adopt a child who needs a family.

Prayer: Our Dear Father, Author of All Life, We thank you with hearts of
gratitude that we have ears to hear and eyes to see and lungs to sing of
your praises! We thank you that our birth parents chose LIFE for us. May
we be a voice for those who cannot be heard. Amen

Reflections: Have you ever thought how powerful your testimony of
adoption is to support LIFE? Consider sharing at your church, place of
work, online groups, local papers, your story.

Action: Volunteer at a Crisis Pregnancy Center, Ask Your pastor to
include Sanctity of Life this month in His worship service, Write a poem
or prayer of Life from the adoptees perspective, Join the "Shake the
Nation" cause for prolife- check the website www.shakethenation.org to
find out how you can send a rattle to your senator to get their
attention for prolife (20,000 have been sent so far).
