The fifth graders from Ms. Taylor's class advertised their "Pizza Garden" in this colorful and appetizing display of their vegetarian pizzas. Then, these students got together with the food service staff and took care of the plants that they would use later to make vegetarian pizzas. Among the future ingredients planted were basil, tomatoes, zucchini and jalapeno peppers. The plants were initially tended indoors, in the school's cafeteria, using Grow Labs. Then, they were moved outdoors, and cared for in the student's demonstration garden.
