Adopted adults age 18 or older may obtain non-identifying information.
Using a Confidential Intermediary:
This service is available to adopted adults age 18 or older, adoptive parents, birth grandparents, or birth siblings age 19 or older.

Obtaining an Original Birth Certificate:
An adoptee must petition the court in which the adoption was finalized.
