DAVID S. COS, M.D. Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine Physicians Group of the Woodlands 1011 Medical Plaza Drive, Suite 120 The Woodlands, Texas 77381 (281) 296-8500 Dr. Cos received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Bioengineering at Texas A&M University and earned his Medical Degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Cos is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Montgomery County Medical Society, and the American College of Physicians. He and his wife have two children.
