Jane Brown, M.S.W., is a longtime social worker/adoption educator and an adoptive mother of eight sons and daughter, some now-grown, born and adopted internationally. She is on the editorial board of Adoptive Families Magazine and is a frequent contributor to that and other adoption publications.
