Jane R. Hart, MS, holds a degree in Counseling Education from Texas A&M at Commerce, Texas. She completed a specialized internship in Open Adoption and Post Adoption Work and is a Relinquishment and Adoption Educator. Currently the Georgia State Representative for AAC, she has presented at both national and regional conferences. Hart is the mother of three daughters, and has three generations of relinquishment and adoption in her family. Her birth father, David K. Kopperud, is also an adoptee, and is an executive in a financial institution.
