Lament of a College Graduate
I received a college degreeWith honors, no less.
But I spend my day doing laundry
And my house is always a mess.
I sit on the floor with my babe on my knee
Whom I trying to dress.
I sing about piggies and birds in a tree,
And I must confess
That college prepared me inadequately.
But I'll make it, I guess;
And if someone should ask if I'd do it again,
I'd quickly say, "Yes!"
